What is HPLC?
WHAT IS HPLC?
Principle
HPLC is a type of chromatography which uses liquid as mobile phase and solid as stationary phase. Chromatography is a process of separating out drugs from complex formulation by the use of immiscible mobile phase and solid stationary phase. HPLC has reciprocating and syringe drive pump which generates enormous amount of pressure, Which increases separation.
